\u65e5\uff09\u63a8\u7ffb\u539f\u5224\uff0c\u6539\u5224\u5169\u4eba\u76e3\u7981\u56db\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u53ca\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u9996\u5e2d\u5927\u6cd5\u5b98\uff08Lady Chief Justice\uff09Sue Carr \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e0a\u8a34\u5ead\u8a8d\u70ba\u539f\u5be9\u6cd5\u5b98 Nicholas Rowland\u300c\u932f\u8aa4\u8a55\u4f30\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u6027\u300d\uff08&#8221;erred in his assessment of the seriousness of the offences&#8221;\uff09\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u300c\u5225\u7121\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u66f4\u6539\u5211\u7f70\u300d\uff08&#8221;no other choice but to change these sentences&#8221;\uff09\u3002\u5979\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5169\u540d\u88ab\u544a\u5206\u5225\u65bc\u5169\u6b21\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e2d\u5f37\u59e6\u5169\u540d\u5c11\u5973\uff0c\u671f\u9593\u66f4\u4e92\u76f8\u616b\u607f\uff0c\u4e26\u62cd\u651d\u65bd\u66b4\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ee4\u6848\u4ef6\u6027\u8cea\u66f4\u52a0\u56b4\u91cd\u3002\u5979\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u82e5\u5169\u4eba\u5c6c\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\uff0c\u5211\u671f\u5c07\u8d85\u904e\u5341\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6848\u767c\u6642\uff0c\u5169\u540d\u88ab\u544a\u5747\u70ba 14 \u6b72\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u540d\u53c3\u8207\u62cd\u651d\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u6b21\u5f37\u59e6\u904e\u7a0b\u3001\u6848\u767c\u6642\u5e74\u50c5 13 \u6b72\u7684\u5c11\u5e74\u4ea6\u88ab\u88c1\u5b9a\u5f37\u59e6\u7f6a\u6210\u3002\u4e09\u4eba\u5408\u5171\u88ab\u88c1\u5b9a 10 \u9805\u5f37\u59e6\u7f6a\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u7b2c\u4e09\u540d\u5c11\u5e74\u7576\u6642\u5e74\u7d00\u66f4\u5c0f\uff0c\u4e0a\u8a34\u5ead\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7dad\u6301\u5176\u539f\u6709\u5211\u7f70\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f5c\u66f4\u6539\u3002\u6309\u7167\u82f1\u570b\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u6848\u4ef6\u6d89\u53ca\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u4e09\u540d\u88ab\u544a\u53ca\u5169\u540d\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u5747\u7372\u533f\u540d\u8655\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6cd5\u5ead\u540c\u6642\u5411\u5169\u540d\u6539\u5224\u76e3\u7981\u7684\u5c11\u5e74\u9812\u5e03\u7d42\u8eab\u9650\u5236\u4ee4\uff08restraining order\uff09\uff0c\u7981\u6b62\u5169\u4eba\u63a5\u89f8\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5169\u4eba\u5df2\u5b8c\u6210 231 \u65e5\u5bb5\u7981\uff08curfew\uff09\uff0c\u6709\u95dc\u65e5\u6578\u5c07\u8a08\u5165\u5211\u671f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6bcb\u9808\u670d\u6eff\u56db\u5e74\u76e3\u7981\u3002\u64da\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u5169\u4eba\u5c07\u5c31\u6700\u65b0\u5211\u671f\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u540d\u53d7\u5bb3\u5c11\u5973 C1\uff08\u5316\u540d Jazmine\uff09\u7684\u6bcd\u89aa\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u5211\u7f70\u90fd\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u5f4c\u88dc\u5973\u5152\u6240\u627f\u53d7\u7684\u5275\u50b7\uff0c\u56db\u5e74\u5211\u671f\u4e26\u300c\u4e0d\u8db3\u5920\u300d\uff08&#8221;not enough&#8221;\uff09\u3002Jazmine \u5247\u900f\u904e\u8072\u660e\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u611f\u89ba\u81ea\u5df1\u30aa\u662f\u88ab\u5224\u5211\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u6211\u660e\u660e\u6c92\u6709\u505a\u932f\u4efb\u4f55\u4e8b\uff0c\u537b\u50cf\u6d3b\u5728\u76e3\u7344\u88e1\u4e00\u6a23\u3002\u300d\uff08&#8221;I class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8072\u660e\u53c8\u611f\u8b1d\u82f1\u570b\u77e5\u540d\u8a18\u8005 Laura Kuenssberg \u53ca BBC \u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u4e00\u5bb6\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u767c\u8072\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u3002Jazmine \u7684\u5bb6\u4eba\u73fe\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u70ba\u6027\u66b4\u529b\u5016\u5b58\u8005\u53ca\u5176\u5bb6\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u652f\u6301\u7684\u6148\u5584\u6a5f\u69cb Stronger Than Silence
