Board\uff0c\u6545\u4eca\u6b21\u5b89\u6392\u5be6\u8cea\u4e0a\u7b49\u540c\u653f\u5e9c\u5411\u81ea\u5df1\u9084\u6b3e\u3002Woking Borough Council \u65e9\u65bc 2023 \u5e74 6 \u6708\u56e0\u4e00\u9023\u4e32\u501f\u8cb8\u53ca\u6295\u8cc7\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u5ba3\u5e03\u300c\u5be6\u8cea\u7834\u7522\u300d\uff08&#8221;effectively bankrupt&#8221;\uff09\uff1b\u70ba\u61c9\u4ed8\u50b5\u52d9\uff0c\u7576\u5730\u5c45\u6c11\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\u4e00\u76f4\u627f\u53d7\u516c\u5171\u670d\u52d9\u524a\u6e1b\u3001\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u4e0a\u8abf\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u516c\u5171\u8cc7\u7522\u548c\u591a\u9805\u65d7\u8266\u5de5\u7a0b\u88ab\u51fa\u552e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6839\u64da\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u91cd\u7d44\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u8212\u68a8\u90e1\u7684\u90e1\u7d1a\u8b70\u6703 Surrey County Council \u53ca\u5176\u8f44\u4e0b 11 \u500b\u81ea\u6cbb\u5e02\u53ca\u5340\u8b70\u6703\u5c07\u6703\u89e3\u6563\uff0cWoking Borough Council \u4ea6\u5c07\u65bc 2027 \u5e74 4 \u6708\u7531\u65b0\u6210\u7acb\u7684 West Surrey Council \u53d6\u4ee3\u3002\u65b0\u8b70\u6703\u539f\u5148\u9810\u8a08\u6210\u7acb\u4e4b\u521d\u5373\u9808\u9762\u5c0d 40 \u5104\u82f1\u938a\u300c\u8ca1\u653f\u9ed1\u6d1e\u300d\uff08&#8221;financial black hole&#8221;\uff09\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u4e3b\u8981\u6e90\u65bc Woking \u7684\u8ca1\u653f\u7f3a\u53e3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Woking Borough Council \u8b70\u6703\u9818\u8896 Ann-Marie Barker \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u8ca1\u653f\u652f\u63f4\u6709\u52a9\u6e1b\u8f15\u8b70\u6703\u511f\u9084\u53ca\u7ba1\u7406\u50b5\u52d9\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u958b\u652f\u3002\u5979\u6307\uff0c\u4eca\u6b21\u96d6\u5c6c\u91cd\u8981\u9032\u5c55\uff0c\u4f46\u660e\u767d
