class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u662f\u751a\u9ebc\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u82f1\u570b\uff0c\u5e02\u6c11\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u5730\u5340<strong>\u6240\u5c6c\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u8b70\u6703\uff08council\uff09<\/strong>\u6703\u5411\u8d85\u904e 18 \u6b72\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u6536\u53d6\u5e74\u8cbb\uff0c\u4ee5\u652f\u4ed8\u5783\u573e\u6536\u96c6\u548c\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7b49\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5e02\u653f\u7a05<strong>\u901a\u5e38\u5206\u5341\u500b\u6708\u4ed8\u6b3e<\/strong>\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u6709\u5169\u500b\u6708\u4e0d\u4ed8\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e00\u5f35\u5168\u984d\u7684\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u8cec\u55ae\u4ee5<strong>\u81f3\u5c11 2 \u540d\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u7269\u696d\u4e2d\u7684\u6210\u5e74\u4eba<\/strong>\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u540c\u5c45\u7684\u914d\u5076\u548c\u4f34\u4fb6\u9808\u5171\u540c\u8ca0\u8cac\u652f\u4ed8\u8cec\u55ae\u3002\u4f46\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u91d1\u984d\u5c31\u56e0\u61c9\u500b\u5225\u60c5\u6cc1\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>\u503c\u5f97\u7559\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5728<strong>\u5317\u611b\u723e\u862d<\/strong>\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u6240\u7e73\u4ed8\u7684\u4e26\u975e\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u540d\u70ba<strong>\u300c\u570b\u5167\u7a05\u7387\u300d\uff08&#8221;domestic rate&#8221;\uff09<\/strong>\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\u7576\u4e2d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u548c\u8a08\u7b97\u65b9\u6cd5\u8207\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u4e0d\u76e1\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64<strong>\u4e0d\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u672c\u5e16\u6587<\/strong>\u3002<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u82f1\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u6240\u8a2d\u7acb\u7684\u7d44\u7e54 Money and Pensions Service \u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u65bc<strong>\u652f\u6301\u793e\u5340\u670d\u52d9<\/strong>\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u8b66\u5bdf<\/strong>\u53ca<strong>\u6d88\u9632<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u4f11\u9592<\/strong>\u548c<strong>\u5a1b\u6a02<\/strong>\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7dad\u8b77\u516c\u5712\u548c\u9ad4\u80b2\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5716\u66f8\u9928<\/strong>\u548c<strong>\u6559\u80b2<\/strong>\u670d\u52d9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5783\u573e\u6536\u96c6<\/strong>\u548c<strong>\u8655\u7f6e<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u904b\u8f38<\/strong>\u548c<strong>\u516c\u8def\u670d\u52d9<\/strong>\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8857\u9053\u7167\u660e\u3001\u6e05\u6f54\u4ee5\u53ca\u7dad\u8b77<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7dad\u6301<strong>\u74b0\u5883\u5065\u5eb7<\/strong>\u548c<strong>\u8cbf\u6613\u6a19\u6e96<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong>\u548c<strong>\u4fdd\u5b58\u8a18\u9304<\/strong>\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5a5a\u59fb\u3001<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b7b\u4ea1\u548c\u51fa\u751f\u4ee5\u53ca\u5730\u65b9\u9078\u8209\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5e02\u653f\u7a05<strong>\u4e0d\u7528\u65bc\u652f\u4ed8\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u8cbb\u7528<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6211\u8981\u4ea4\u591a\u5c11\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8981\u77e5\u9053\u81ea\u5df1\u9808\u4ed8\u591a\u5c11\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\uff0c\u4f60\u9700\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e8b\u9805\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\uff09 \u4f60\u6240\u4f4f\u7684\u7269\u696d\u7684<strong>\u4f30\u50f9\u7d1a\u5225\uff08valuation band\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u73fe\u6642\u7684\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u7269\u696d\u4f30\u50f9\u7d1a\u5225\u662f\u57fa\u65bc\u500b\u5225\u7269\u696d\u65bc\u7279\u5b9a\u6642\u9593\u7684\u6a13\u50f9\u800c\u5b9a\u7684\u3002\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u548c\u8607\u683c\u862d\u7684\u6a13\u50f9\u53c3\u8003\u65e5\u671f\u662f <strong>1991 \u5e74 4 \u6708 1 \u65e5<\/strong>\uff0c\u800c\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u7684\u5247\u662f<strong> 2003 \u5e74 4 \u6708 1 \u65e5<\/strong>\u3002\u5982\u6b32\u67e5\u770b\u4f30\u50f9\u7d1a\u5225\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728<strong>\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u53ca\u5a01\u723e\u65af<\/strong>\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u53ef\u5230\uff1a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/council-tax-bands\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/council-tax-bands<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728<strong>\u8607\u683c\u862d<\/strong>\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u53ef\u5230\uff1a<a href=\"http:\/\/local.direct.gov.uk\/LDGRedirect\/index.jsp?LGSL=57&amp;LGIL=8&amp;ServiceN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u8b70\u6703<\/a><strong>\u5c0d\u8a72\u4f30\u50f9\u7d1a\u5225\u6536\u53d6\u591a\u5c11\u8cbb\u7528\uff1a <\/strong>\u9019\u53ef\u65bc\u500b\u5225\u5730\u65b9\u8b70\u6703\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u7db2\u7ad9\u627e\u5f97\u5230\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\uff09\u4f60\u662f\u5426\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7372\u5f97\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u7684\u6298\u6263\u6216\u8c41\u514d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u751a\u9ebc\u4eba\u58eb\u53ef\u4eab\u6709\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u6298\u6263\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u8a08\u7b97\u6709\u591a\u5c11\u4eba\u4f4f\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u55ae\u4f4d\u6642\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u58eb\u53ef\u4e0d\u7d0d\u5165\u8a08\u7b97\u4e4b\u5167\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u5305\u62ec\uff08\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u65bc\uff09\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>18 \u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0b<\/strong>\u4eba\u58eb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6b63\u5728\u63a5\u53d7<strong>\u5168\u65e5\u5236\u6559\u80b2<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/council-tax\/discounts-for-full-time-students\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u7684<\/a>\u5b78\u751f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7372\u5f97<strong>\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u6280\u80fd\u8cc7\u52a9\u6a5f\u69cb<\/strong>\uff08Education and Skills Funding Agency\uff09\u8cc7\u52a9\u7684 25 \u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4eba\u58eb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5be6\u7fd2\u8b77\u58eb<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u4f4f\u5bb6\u770b\u8b77<\/strong>\uff08\u4e26\u975e\u4f4f\u5ba2\u7684\u4f34\u4fb6\u3001\u914d\u5076\u6216 18 \u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5b50\u5973\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5bb6\u4e2d\u7684<strong>\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u90fd\u5c6c\u65bc\u4ee5\u4e0a\u60c5\u6cc1<\/strong>\uff0c\u6240\u6d89\u7684\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u5c07\u6709 <strong>50%<\/strong> \u7684\u6298\u6263\u3002\u800c\u5982\u679c\u4f60<strong>\u7368\u81ea\u751f\u6d3b<\/strong>\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u5bb6\u4e2d<strong>\u5176\u4ed6\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u90fd\u5c6c\u65bc\u4ee5\u4e0a\u60c5\u6cc1<\/strong>\uff0c\u90a3\u4f60\u7684\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u5c07\u6709 <strong>25%<\/strong> \u6298\u6263\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6709\u751a\u9ebc\u56e0\u7d20\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u7269\u696d\u7684\u4f30\u50f9\u7d1a\u5225\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u7269\u696d\u7684\u4f30\u50f9\u7d1a\u5225\u662f\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u97ff\u5e02\u653f\u7a05\u91d1\u984d\u7684\u6307\u6a19\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5e02\u6c11\u4ea6\u61c9\u7559\u610f\u6709\u751a\u9ebc\u56e0\u7d20\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u6b64\u7d1a\u5225\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u7269\u696d\u4f30\u50f9\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u90fd\u6703\u4ee4\u4f60\u7684\u7269\u696d\u7d1a\u5225\u6709\u6240\u8f49\u8b8a\uff0c\u9019\u5305\u62ec\uff08\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u65bc\uff09\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
