\u5c0d\u8a72\u52a0\u85aa\u8a08\u5283\u9032\u884c\u7684\u6295\u7968\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u53c3\u8207\u6295\u7968\u7684 14.5 \u842c\u540d\u6210\u54e1\u4e2d\u6709\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u4e00\u52a0\u85aa\u5e45\u5ea6\u7121\u6cd5\u5f4c\u88dc\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\u5de5\u8cc7\u505c\u6eef\u4e0d\u524d\u7684\u640d\u5931\u3002\u5de5\u6703\u8868\u793a\u5728 2010 \u5e74\u81f3 2024 \u5e74\u9593\uff0c\u5373\u4fdd\u5b88\u9ee8\u653f\u5e9c\u57f7\u653f\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u7d93\u9a57\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u8b77\u58eb\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u85aa\u91d1\u4e0b\u964d\u4e86 25%\u3002\u5de5\u6703\u4ea6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8b77\u58eb\u300c\u611f\u89ba\u4e0d\u88ab\u91cd\u8996\u300d\uff08&#8221;do not feel valued&#8221;\uff09\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u5c0d\u300c\u4eba\u624b\u77ed\u7f3a\u3001\u60a3\u8005\u8b77\u7406\u8cea\u91cf\u4e0b\u964d\u53ca\u8b77\u7406\u8077\u696d\u9677\u5165\u6700\u4f4e\u85aa\u8cc7\u6c34\u5e73\u300d\uff08&#8221;understaffed shifts, poor patient care and nursing careers trapped at the lowest pay grades&#8221;\uff09\u7b49\u554f\u984c\u6df1\u611f\u64d4\u6182\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5118\u7ba1\u8b77\u58eb\u4e0d\u6eff\u662f\u6b21\u52a0\u85aa\u5e45\u5ea6\uff0cRCN \u4e26\u4e0d\u6253\u7b97\u7acb\u5373\u767c\u8d77\u7f77\u5de5\u6295\u7968\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5c07\u89c0\u5bdf\u653f\u5e9c\u5c0d\u6b64\u6b21\u6295\u7968\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u56de\u61c9\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0cRCN \u66fe\u5728 2022 \u5e74\u5e95\u81f3 2023 \u5e74\u521d\u53c3\u8207\u7f77\u5de5\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5176\u4ed6 NHS \u5de5\u6703\u63a5\u53d7\u4e86\u4fdd\u5b88\u9ee8\u653f\u5e9c\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u5354\u8b70\u5f8c\uff0cRCN
