NPP\uff0c\u4e26\u65e8\u5728\u96c6\u5408\u5168\u570b\u591a\u500b\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6cca\u8eca\u71df\u904b\u5546\u53ca\u4ed8\u8cbb\u670d\u52d9\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\uff0c\u4ee5\u8b93\u99d5\u99db\u4eba\u58eb\u53ea\u9700\u900f\u904e\u540c\u4e00\u500b\u5e73\u53f0\u4fbf\u53ef\u4ee5\u5230\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u505c\u8eca\u5834\u6cca\u8eca\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5168\u82f1\u570b\u4e00\u5171\u6709\u6700\u5c11 Automobile Club\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31 RAC\uff09\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u4e3b\u7ba1 Simon Williams \u4ea6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u99d5\u99db\u4eba\u58eb\u90fd\u8a8d\u70ba\u73fe\u6642\u6709\u592a\u591a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6cca\u8eca\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\uff0c\u800c\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\u4eba\u5011\u53ea\u5e0c\u671b\u64c1\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u53ef\u4ee5\u5230\u8655\u6cca\u8eca\u7684\u7a0b\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
