class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e8b\u7de3\u65bc 1999 \u5e74\u81f3 2015 \u5e74\u9593\uff0cPost Office \u6839\u64da\u5176\u6703\u8a08\u7a0b\u5f0f Horizon \u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6578\u64da\u5171\u8d77\u8a34\u4e86\u8d85\u904e 700 \u540d\u526f\u90f5\u653f\u5c40\u9577\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u4ea6\u6709\u8fd1 280 \u4eba\u88ab\u7687\u5bb6\u6aa2\u5bdf\u5c40\uff08Crown Prosecution Service\uff09\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u53ca\u990a\u8001\u91d1\u5c40\uff08Department for Work and Pensions\uff09\u8d77\u8a34\u3002\u7576\u4e2d\u5927\u90e8\u4efd\u4eba\u58eb\u56e0\u865b\u5047\u6703\u8a08\uff08false accounting\uff09\u548c\u76dc\u7aca\uff08theft\uff09\u800c\u88ab\u5224\u5165\u7344\u6216\u5c65\u884c\u793e\u6703\u670d\u52d9\u4ee4\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u4ea6\u56e0\u70ba\u8981\u4f5c\u51fa\u8ce0\u511f\u800c\u7834\u7522\uff0c\u6709\u4eba\u751a\u81f3\u56e0\u6b64\u81ea\u6bba\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u7531\u65e5\u672c\u5bcc\u58eb\u901a\uff08Fujitsu\uff09\u516c\u53f8\u6240\u958b\u767c\u7684\u6703\u8a08\u7cfb\u7d71\u5728\u53bb\u5e74\u88ab\u7206\u6578\u64da\u51fa\u932f\uff0c\u4ee5\u81f4\u653f\u5e9c\u5176\u5f8c\u63a8\u51fa\u4e00\u9805\u7dca\u6025\u6cd5\u66ff\u6240\u6709\u7b26\u5408\u7279\u5b9a\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u63a8\u7ffb\u7f6a\u540d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Alice Perkins \u63d0\u53ca Horizon \u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e26\u6307\u9019\u500b\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c0d\u4ed6\u5011\u800c\u8a00\u662f\u300c\u4e00\u500b\u5be6\u5728\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u300d\uff08\u201da real risk\u201d\uff09\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0cPerkins \u6307\u81ea\u5df1\u7576\u6642\u525b\u525b\u958b\u59cb\u64d4\u4efb\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff0c\u4e26\u300c\u932f\u8aa4\u5730\u300d\uff08\u201dwrongly\u201d\uff09\u8a8d\u70ba Grant \u7684\u64d4\u6182\u53ea\u662f\u300c\u5f9e\u5be9\u8a08\u54e1\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u300d\uff08\u201dfrom the perspective of the auditors\u201d\uff09\u6240\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u89c0\u9ede\uff0c\u800c\u672a\u6709\u8003\u616e\u5230 Horizon \u5728\u90f5\u653f\u5c40\u9580\u5e97\u904b\u4f5c\u9019\u500b\u5c64\u9762\u4e0a\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7576\u5c40\u9019\u6b21\u5c07\u91cd\u9ede\u8abf\u67e5\u6cd5\u5b9a\u5be9\u8a08\u5e2b\u5728\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e2d\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u5be9\u8a08\u6a19\u6e96\u3002EY
