post\uff09\u5247\u70ba 92.5%\uff0c\u5747\u672a\u9054\u6a19\u6e96\u3002Ofcom \u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74 Royal Mail \u7684\u6539\u5584\u8a08\u5283\u672a\u80fd\u843d\u5be6\uff0c\u60c5\u6cc1\u672a\u898b\u8d77\u8272\u3002Royal Mail \u8868\u793a\u63a5\u53d7 Ofcom \u9858\u610f\u627f\u64d4\u8cac\u4efb\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e09\u6210\u3002\u516c\u6c11\u8aee\u8a62\u7d44\u7e54 Citizens Advice \u6279\u8a55\uff0cRoyal Mail
