DfE\uff09\u7684\u9810\u7b97\uff0c\u7d50\u675f\u73fe\u6642\u7531\u5730\u65b9\u8b70\u6703\u7368\u7acb\u64a5\u6b3e\u7684\u5b89\u6392\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5730\u65b9\u8b70\u6703\u6bcf\u5e74\u6703\u7372\u5f97 DfE \u64a5\u6b3e\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c08\u9580\u7528\u65bc SEND \u7684\u652f\u51fa\u3002\u4f46\u81ea 2016 \u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u5404\u5730\u7372\u5f97\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u8cc7\u52a9\u7684 SEND \u5b78\u751f\u6578\u91cf\u7ffb\u500d\uff0c\u9700\u6c42\u6025\u5347\u4ee4\u64a5\u6b3e\u56b4\u91cd\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5730\u65b9\u8b70\u6703\u8fd1\u5e74\u9808\u81ea\u638f\u8170\u5305\u586b\u88dc\u7f3a\u53e3\uff0c\u4f7f\u7d2f\u7a4d\u50b5\u52d9\u4e0d\u65b7\u4e0a\u5347\u3002OBR \u6539\u9769\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u7576\u5c40\u5f37\u8abf\u65b0\u63aa\u65bd\u6709\u52a9\u6539\u5584\u8cc7\u91d1\u6d41\u5411\u53ca\u63d0\u9ad8\u8ca1\u653f\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u5426\u8a8d\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u4e3b\u6d41\u5b78\u6821\u7d93\u8cbb\u88ab\u524a\u6e1b\u3002DfE
